Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after orders are placed.

USPS shipping times many vary once they are picked up. 

Please make sure your shipping addresses is correct. We will not be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. 

FREE SHIPPING on all US orders over $50.00.  Enter FREESHIP to apply discount (cannot be combined with other discounts)

First Class packages are not insured through USPS. No replacements/refunds will be made for damaged, lost, or stolen first class packages. 

Priority packages are insured through USPS.

If your order is damaged please email us immediately @ txcraftynest@gmail.com and add "Damaged Shipment" in subject line.  Please include your tracking number, your order number,  what was damaged with multiple photos if possible.  Please message us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged order. Once we have everything we need we will submit a claim with USPS. Before your damaged items are replaced your claim needs to be accepted by USPS. This may takes 1-4 business days.
